News Update: 19th August 2011

Sam, Nursery Manager in Chwarae Teg Abergele has been getting very creative and has decorated the new, improved entrance hallway with her artistic talents.

After holding a princesses and superheroes day in June at Chwarae Teg Abergele for Momentum Brain Injuries Centres, we were very proud to raise £101.00 for such a worthy cause. The children had a brilliant time and really enjoyed dressing up for the day.

News Update: 14th April 2011

After completing a refurbishment of Chwarae Teg Ysgol y Plas, we will be opening the out-of-school club on Wednesday May 4th. If any parents require a registration pack for their child/children, please contact our Penrhyn Bay office on 01492 543123. As an introductory offer, no deposit is required for registration also we are pleased to announce that ad hoc contracts are available.

WHAT'S BEEN HAPPENING AT THE NURSERY SCHOOL?

News Update - 19th February 2011:

We are very pleased to announce the opening of Chwarae Teg Llanelian, after-school club.

Our latest after-school club is situated within the grounds of Ysgol Y Plas, a Church in Wales aided school that is surrounded by spectacular views of Llanelian and Betws-Yn-Rhos. We are looking forward to working with Mrs Mills, head teacher and her team by providing a fantastic addition to their school.

Our team is currently carrying out all necessary work and redecorating the building, ready for its grand opening in March 2011. We hope to create an atmosphere where the children make the choices, they choose what games to play or activities to do and are able to have input in all decisions regarding the day to day running of their club.

MORE UPDATES ABOUT THE CHILDREN'S NURSERY

Refurbishment Update 15th February:

The baby unit refurbishment is now underway. The unit will comprise of three rooms, individually designed and decorated to encourage and stimulate the different stages of each baby's development, whilst incorporating the practicalities needed for the everyday care of young infants.

Update - 28th January 2011:

We are now taking bookings for holiday club, Friday 18th February to Friday 25th February. Book early to avoid disappointment!

Refurbishment Update:

We have now completed the total refurbishment of the preschool unit in Chwarae Teg Abergele. The unit comprises three rooms, all uniquely designed in accordance to the foundation phase guidelines.

This includes a purpose built messy play area and many bespoke fixtures and fittings. We believe this unit will provide the children with a bright, stimulating environment.
